Looking for an experienced painter for a half-day job to patch up and paint various areas of our home in preparation for an upcoming auction. Includes some minor cracks on the wall of 1 room. Must have own tools and be available ASAP. Attention to detail and clean finish required. Paint will be supplied by us.

Sand and varnish front door -inside and outside as well as border. Provide own materials and varnish

Removal & disposal of wooden panels and hooks from wall. Fill the holes & paint the 4 walls, window frame and door.

Need all my ceilings painted (3 bedrooms, one kitchen, one bathroom, one laundry, one hallway, one sitting room, one hall, small area near the front door). The ceilings are mostly in the good condition. Some water damage stains need stain blocker applied before primer, base coat, main coat and top coat is applied. The biggest water damage stain is in the hall, some in three bedrooms, (please see image 1,2,4,5). Some peels and cracks need to be plastered before painting which is also in the hall (3rd image) as well as the kitchen (4th image) and bedrooms. Would prefer 2 coats of main coat for each ceiling as well as primer, top coat, etc.

I have a vacant 1 bedroom apartment that needs the interior walls, trims and doors painted white. Ceilings can be left alone. Please include paint in your quote, I don't have the means to supply paint. I want Dulux "Snowy Mountains Half" for the walls, and just regular white for the doors and trim. Two coats of paint required as walls are a light beige colour. Bathroom does not need any paint. Parking available on premises. Attached is floor plan with measurements.
