4 bedroom, 3 bath, 2 storey house in Sunnybank Hills Need light growth of mildew removed from walls and ceilings, skirting and window sills. Walls are also quite grimy, and need a full wash anyway especially in high traffic areas/places where the dog sleeps. 4 bedrooms, 1 ensuite, 2 bathrooms, kitchen/dining, living room, and laundry need done. I'm happy to move all furniture into the middle of the rooms and cover. Would prefer this week if possible, can split the job upstairs/downstairs over two days if preferred. Must be okay with a friendly cat and dog being around.

During the recent crazy weather a small hole in the ceiling of our bathroom formed. Only occurred on the worst day of rain and hasn’t leaked since, just need to patch the plaster in the bathroom.

Walls and doors need to be all painted in white. They have been painted in beige (and one small wall in dark brown) recently by the vendor but i hate it. Ceiling is fine. I have attached the floor plan and some photos from the ad. Settlement is on the 4th of August so hoping to get that done soon after so i can move in not too long after. Please specify what your quote includes (ie material, paint, cleaning, sanding, primer, how many coats etc). And estimated time to completion?
