I need some that has experience in rendering repairs to fix many different spots around the external walls, windows, easy facing wall has cracks and a few corners

Interior, paint the downstairs of my townhome, the walls of the stairs and a few doors and skirting boards.

Our rental was previously occupied by a small family, and they left dirty marks on the walls and doors. As someone who is extremely particular about cleanliness, this has been bothering me. Although I’ve thoroughly cleaned the house, I haven’t had the chance to address all the walls and doors yet. I’d like the walls and doors to be cleaned properly, focusing on removing the greasy marks left by dirty hands and kids. Many of these marks should come off with the right cleaning methods. This task shouldn’t be rushed, as some marks are only visible when sunlight hits them at certain angles. Therefore, it’s important to clean the surfaces methodically and carefully to ensure that every area is addressed properly.

Need a quote for house to be painted internally in May

Experienced painter required to paint main bedroom. This includes walls (some new, previously painted and a new VJ wall), ceiling, cornices, skirting (wall paint is fine), bulkhead inside walkthrough wardrobe. Large walls are roughly 3m x 2.5m. Walls, ceiling, skirting have been sanded, nail holes filled and sanded. It seems standard but we would require undercoat, two top coats and sanding in between coats. Two bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet need to be painted with two coats. Paint, rollers and brushes are supplied

Painting: one wall 2.2x5.6 (12.32sqm) + finishing off the laundry: trim, a railing, and a single 2.2x.75 end panel (1.65sqm). (See highly sophisticated photos with areas to be painted marked out in red) All one basic colour (Monument). Will need two coats &/or possibly a primer on the Villaboard. I’ll provide paint/primer; you provide the brushes/rollers/dropsheets, etc. It’s an easy job - I’m just short on spare time, and LOATHE the painting cleanup. Pls halp!
