Miscellaneous small painting jobs to exterior of house including eaves and soffits and a large window frame.

Hi. I have 6 x timber frame double hung windows and front door that need a wash down, scrape loose paint, replace loose putty, prime and repaint. This is a partial house lot which need partial work done prior to a full house paint scheduled for 2026. The house is 1930’s solid brick. Windows, sash’s and sills are hardwood, double hung. Repairs are mainly to sills and lower sash’s, but definitely sills. Sills need scrape back, sand, patch, oil based based prime etc and 2 coats oil based Dulux exterior gloss to finish. I could be persuaded to do the lot but my preference is for a good partial job ready for a full job in 2026. The problematic windows are West and North facing and just don’t look great as is. I’d expect all work, prep, clean up waste, clean up etc to be professional quality. All windows are on ground floor would require step ladders and or planks to work from. Soon to be completed outdoor Hardiflex ceiling will need painting this Friday. It will have downlights installed prior. Requires masking, priming, painting (Natural White), and careful cutting in. Minimal gap filling of ceiling itself, but caulking may be needed at moulding edges. Understand quotes vary - so not indicative. Primer, paint, and supplies can be provided if needed. Please advise if your quote includes/excludes materials.

I am looking for a skilled and experienced painter to carry out some patching and painting work in my home. The job includes: Doors: Sanding and painting four white doors. Walls & Ceiling: Painting two walls and a ceiling in the games room. Patching: Repairing and patching areas in the gyprock walls, as shown in the provided photos. Requirements: The paint must be Dulux brand. I am unsure of the exact white shade used, but it is an off-white colour. You must supply the paint. We had some walls cleaned but the cleaning made the three walls not look great so they need to be repainted. One coat will be fine.

Our Oak table needs rejuvenation. It will need the top sanding back a couple holes filled then revarnish and seal. Sides and legs are still fine so they won't need attention but you'll need to match the colour. Table is 1m x 2m

We need three rooms and a small hallway/entranceway fully sanded. Cypress pine. Must be an experienced floor-sander (preferably by trade) and have own industrial equipment for the job. Room 1 is 4 x 3.8m Room 2 is 4 x 2.5m Room 3 is 3 x 4.1m

Need help plastering 3 small walls (one fibre cement; 2 concrete) and a very small ceiling (less than 1SQM Gyprock) in a small walk-in store room off our living room. All the surfaces have been prepped. Just needs two coats of plaster. Please include sanding. I will do the painting. Please note I expect you to clean up and remove all rubbish and materials
