Qualified Chippy urgently needed to replace a Set of external Timber stairs. I’ve got everything you need , was going todo it myself but did my back in. Have posts that need to be Concreted in and The timber stringers. The treads are all cut to size and already one coat of paint. Just need someone that knows what they are doing and can make it happen without supervision. Today or tomorrow. Both set of Stairs need to be Painted once finished as well please Only one tread needs to be replaced on top set of four stairs , but both sets stairs will need a paint . The task involves: 1. Take off all ceiling lights. 2. Move the furnitures away from living room. 3. Cover the kitchen cabinet with plastic film. 4. Protect the carpet floor using corflute (about 76m2). 5. Use a polish machine with integrated vacuum to polish off the texture paint on the concrete ceiling. (About 190m2 in total). 6. Paint the ceiling in vivid white. (About 200m2 in total). 7. Remove protection, clean up and move furniture back. Note:There is no asbestos or contamination in the house. The texture paint is directly on to the concrete suspended ceiling. - Due date: Flexible

Looking for someone to re-oil our deck, which usually gets done once or twice a year, but this time round we are time poor and tired! All furniture will be moved and the deck pressure washed. We have the oil ready to go. See attached photos of the space. The larger deck area (under the flyover) is 9m x 5m.
