Find an experienced local painter in Tallebudgera Valley

I have converted half of a corrugated iron shed into a granny flat. Half of the granny flat is lined and does not need painting. The other half is a 25 sqm open area which contains a small kitchen and needs painting (walls in white Dulux and architraves in semi gloss white). Paint is provided and I have a large, safe commercial ladder that can be used. I have a 6 litre tin of Dulux wash and wear Hog Bristle 25% white plus a small tin of Dulux white for architraves.

Our timber decking around pool and garden areas needs to be cleaned and stained. Please allow inclusion of equipment and materials. Refer to photo attached for the areas required (Total area is approx. 80m2). Thank you!

About 80m2 of decking needs to be sanded and painted. I can provide the paint or it can be included in the job. Decking runs around 2 buildings (main house and cottage) at the same location. The job includes painting the fencing rails around the decks and some stairs.

I need a block retaining wall waterproofed. timber ply walls and ceiling require dusting and cobwebbing, require drop sheets to protect furniture and wardrobe from falling dust while cleaning. then deep clean with vinegar, scrubbing for mould on the timber ply walls and ceiling. ceiling is 5metres high and will require large ladder and/or painters planks. - Due date: Flexible
