One is the size of a man's foot (accidentially put his foot through the roof ceiling) - this plaster is still hanging there, so needs to be pushed into place and made good, and two small shelf holes in the wall at arm height. You will only need a ladder to do the ceiling plaster. I have all the other plaster and patch kit items - all ready to go 😀 Will need to paint to 'make good'. Need this completed ASAP.

Hi there. I am after someone that is experienced with doing painting and sanding and touchups on a Qlder to prepare it for sale. This will be a couple of weeks work (2 or 3, not entirely certain)...depending on if you are one person, or a couple etc. I can/will supply most tools and of course all materials. Walls, skirtings and architraves require repainting to our entrance-way, family room (2 walls) and 2 hallways. No undercoat is required as the existing paint can be painted over. We already have the paint; just need a professional painter to do the job. No furniture needs to be moved. The job should only be a day for 2 men. My husband is a shift-worker so we need to work around his days off. - Due date: Required to be completed as soon as possible.

I need the deck, railings and posts to be stained. The posts are railings may possibly need a light sand. Materials will be supplied. The date isn’t set in concrete either, just need it done sooner anytime over the next few weeks.

1000sqm of jettys has excess sikkens on aluminum that needs to be cleaned off using paint stripper (on aluminum only have to be careful not to get on he decking) best way is to use small paintbrush to paint on the pair stripper then wait a couple minutes and wipe it off.
