There are rot timber at 4 locations at different elevations. Some are at second floor level that need a long ladder to reach. The quote is for your labor to repair these and paint over. I will provide materials and old matching paint to be used . You need to bring the ladder and your own tools.

Need someone to remove door strip latest layer of paint (it peels off bc painter didn’t prep properly and one side mostly done) then repaint with proper prep and primer. I will supply the paints.

We are wanting to stain the wooden floor of our carport (and the small deck that leads into the house) so that it is all one uniform colour. Carport wood is untreated, and the strain near the front door has nearly gone.
