Find an experienced local painter in Taylors Lakes

I need a qualified person that sands and restains natural timber floors. Including stairs Floor plan shows areas needed inc measurements. Next photos show the stairs that need sanding. I am unaware of what this would cost and i am hoping for a rough quote before coming to have a look.

Need kitchen and living room walls and ceiling plastered 2 walls are brick with 2 arches Ceilings are all square set 2.4 h ceilings

Paint needs to be sanded and painted will supply paint and roller. Sander will have to be organised and brought with them.

Need the step rendered to match the house. Only rendered will paint myself

Wall 1 to be enclosed framed plastered and 2 coats painted on both sides. Paint match on existing walls Wall 2 to have a 820 door installed the wall to be framed plastered and painted on both sides. Doors and walls paint matched to existing colour. Furniture in room to be moved to the opposing room. All quotes to be inclusive Door, white door handle round, Framing, Plaster and 2 coats paint. Hard wood skirting and colour matched on both sides of wall. Start date 1st july as off first week school holidays. Someone to make sure all works are finished in a week

Job edited to only ceiling crack fix now. Complete half finished job of filling ceiling crack and paint over (2 meters long) including one of the cornices (see pic). Sanding is needed. Needs to look like crack was never there. No we are not repainting the entire ceiling. You will need to provide the tools needed to complete this task. Please see photos To be done as soon as possible

Need one new wall painted (2-3 coats). Wall goes up to an arched ceiling so you will need a ladder to reach the top. Paint will be supplied. Only want professional painters who have done such work many times to reply to this task.

I'd like someone to come by and spray paint x 4 callipers on my VW Polo 2014. Hopefully a 1-2 hour job max :)
