Hi there, I have a double story medium sized townhouse in Taylor’s lakes to be painted. We have painted the ceiling and it won’t need to be done upstairs, however downstairs it’s come up quite blotchy and we are assuming it’s from previous water damage, so will likely need some sort of seal or primer before the paint. All timber work and framing to be painted in gloss, walls in low sheen, materials and paint have already been purchased, no prep work required as I’ll either do what is necessary or not needed as the home is a blank canvas. I’ve attached a layout of the house for your review, I’d like honest quotes on roughly what this would look like cost wise. I need a qualified person that sands and restains natural timber floors. Including stairs Floor plan shows areas needed inc measurements. Next photos show the stairs that need sanding. I am unaware of what this would cost and i am hoping for a rough quote before coming to have a look.
