House Exterior & Roof Painting Needed – The Gap We need the exterior of a brick house, including a tiled roof, painted in The Gap. We’re on a deadline to sell the property, so we require work to start within a week. Looking for a fair and competitive quote, as we are regular contractors who renovate and sell properties—so we won’t be paying inflated prices.

We’ve removed oils and cleaned the shed.. it now needs to be painted. We’ve done one coat on the outside but the inside hasn’t been done. Wooden window frames and doors need to be freshened up. A few coats of white paint.

I’m looking for someone that can do some labour work to help me prep some walls in my basement, ready for waterproofing. The job consists of stripping paint off concrete and brick walls in the basement with either a paint stripper or grinder, and grinding off bitumen paint from a section of wall. That needs a special grinding stone which I would pay for. Is this of interest at all? It’s likely a couple of days work

I'm flipping a house. I need help with paint garages, windows and some basic renovation jobs. Probably 2-3 weeks work all up. Can pay per hour.

Fix hole in ceiling, app 15cm by 5cm but 5 m high, where light fell . Then paint area. We have the paint.

Applying Peel Away 8 Paint Stripper and covering with peel away paper to slate flooring. Not hard to do, needs to be applied 3-4mm thick with a spatula and then taped down. Depending on how fast you work, there may be some furniture moving required. Happy to see how much you get done in 3-4 hours and can negotiate further work.

Ceiling area is around 3m W x 5m L, back wall is 3m W x 2.6m H, side wall is 2m W x 2.6m H, another side wall is mainly window, so just some area around it that needs to be painted (paintable surface on that wall is around 6-7 sqm). Black ceiling, same paint across the walls and ceiling. No window and skirting need to be painted, just walls and ceiling. I have the paint (Taubmans All Black) already.
