Hi there We had three large sash windows and two small louvered windows installed a few days ago and the installer advised us to get them painted professionally. The windows also have wooden fly wire to paint too. They are already primed and are meranti wood. Thanks

Paint 4 walls and architraves. Prep already done. We have all paint and tools.

We have four window frames which will get new blinds very soon. All windows have been cleaned, lightly sanded etc and need tapping & painting. One large window, one medium and two smaller windows We will supply the paint, no undercoat necessary.

Timber decks previously oiled needs to be sanded back and then re-oiled . I will provide oil. Approx 42 sq metres across 2 decks. I can provide plan and photos of deck area. Easy access. Flexible timing.

Remove cobwebs from high ceilings, paint touch up work for indoor bannister and outdoor deck stairs. We can provide the paint.

Sanding job to get some paint of some beams (5 meters long) in the ceiling. We’ve already started the job. We’ve got most of the paint off from 2/3 of the beams but one is untouched and the other two need a bit more love. You need your own tools including a ladder to get up about 3.6 meters. Probably about one day of work.

We need touch ups done to: - the skirting boards in 3 rooms - some skirting boards near stairs - ceiling to be sanded back in parts where we have gyprocked over it - door frame to be touched up with neater paint - skirting board (1m long) coming off and needing to be put back and fixed/painted - filling in a small hole in the wood on a windowsill - painting / plaster on one corner of ceiling cornicing to be sanded / painted fixed - bubbles on a 30cm section (squared) of painted wall (see pic) All small jobs in isolation, just lots of them. The work needs to completely remove evidence of damage so it is more than a simple paint job - sanding, filling, plaster in small parts, painting etc. Pictures available - 41 areas needing small touch ups.
