Quick easy job for a professional plasterer. This is a new renovation for a 5x7 shed that has had interior walls framed out with plaster sheet fitted to all walls and ceiling. This job is to complete the finishing work ONLY as follows: - 3x square set wall corners - all sheet joints, walls and ceilings - tear-off edges for ceiling (where the plaster meets the metal ceiling truss) (tear-off already fitted) - base coat, top coat and sanding Wall to ceiling joints are NOT required. Base and top coat mud is supplied along with most tools including a wall/ceiling sander and a pair of stilts. As an added bonus the shed is air conditioned and will be cleared out (aside from a few movable items) when job is under way.

Paint staircase and railing up to second storey. 14 steps high. White.

Prepare and paint an internal stairwell. Patch a hole in plasterboard.

Looking to get our old sliding doors spray painted white. They have a metal frame with laminate front and metal rollers. There are 4 bedrooms so 4 sets. Room 1 206cmx217cm Room 2 206cmx147cm Room 3 206cmx200cm Room 4 206x143cm

Looking to get interior of house painted. House will be vacated and all curtains, appliances, furniture etc. in these areas will be removed when a date is decided upon. The lounge ceiling is quite flakey and patchy (see pics) would need to be sanded back or scraped significantly. Also there is a join to be re sealed. Price to include prep work, some patching and sanding, and gap filling. Would prefer for tradesman to supply own paint, but i can get it if needed. Top half of house to be painted externally (weather boards, eaves, windows sills) ie. not bottom half, no stairs. Will need to be cleaned and prepped, two coats of paint. Will require trestles/high ladder etc Would like person/business with experience in painting exterior of houses, QBCC License and insurance. Price does not include cost of paint. Office ceiling to floor dust a clean of benches, beams, wall ceilings to prepare for painting. plasterers have left a dusty residue over stainless steel benches and sinks which must be cleaned. Exposed pipes underneath the stainless steel benches need cleaning . Air-conditioner needs filters hosed/dusted out. Timber beams need taping down. Estimate 2 hrs. Attention to detail important. Paint a stairwell in a town house using your own equipment. A professional painter is preferred, as the top of the wall is quite high from the bottom step and I would want the job done safely. I'm really just looking for prices at the moment as I am unsure how much this job would cost a professional.
