All pre-plastering will be completed prior. Looking for someone to come onsite and have a look prior to quoting. Floor area is 65m2 but not sure on wall/ceiling area measurements yet.

1. Paint only front side of colour bond fence in beige royal, posts black, stain the timber slats. 2. Fill the front door step with some timber underneath it so to support it. 3. Paint both sides of front door in timber stain

Looking to get interior of house painted. House will be vacated and all curtains, appliances, furniture etc. in these areas will be removed when a date is decided upon. The lounge ceiling is quite flakey and patchy (see pics) would need to be sanded back or scraped significantly. Also there is a join to be re sealed. Price to include prep work, some patching and sanding, and gap filling. Would prefer for tradesman to supply own paint, but i can get it if needed. Office ceiling to floor dust a clean of benches, beams, wall ceilings to prepare for painting. plasterers have left a dusty residue over stainless steel benches and sinks which must be cleaned. Exposed pipes underneath the stainless steel benches need cleaning . Air-conditioner needs filters hosed/dusted out. Timber beams need taping down. Estimate 2 hrs. Attention to detail important. Paint a stairwell in a town house using your own equipment. A professional painter is preferred, as the top of the wall is quite high from the bottom step and I would want the job done safely. I have a ceiling on my carport that needs painting. Sealing then 2x coats of semi gloss, no cutting in required. The area is 34sqm and I have the same on a awning on ground level which is approx 6sqm. I have the paint just need you and a roller. Monday is the only day to be done.
