I need gutters, fascia’s, down pipes and a few weatherboard exterior walls painted. I have the paint already and will supply step ladders, brushes, etc.

Ceilings, window trims, doors and trims require painting in freshly tiled bathroom, ensuite, toilet and laundry.

Archway cracks in walls from an ex-owner renovation needs to be taped and plastered ready for repainting. Walls have plastering required and some on the ceiling. Probably best for someone in the area to have a look if you’re interested in the work. It’s hard to show in photos

Prepare and paint single car garage floor and bottom shelf (which is concrete) - Fill multiple small chips and a 10cm hole to level floor. - prepare surface for painting according to paint manufacturers instructions (abrasion and/or acid or an agreed other method) - paint floor according to paint manufacturers instructions. Imagine it will involve multiple coats. I will provide a bunnings link to the paint to be used and I will reimburse the cost of the paint to you before job completion.

Prepare and paint walls, shelves, roof, architraves and skirting boards of half a double garage. Paint will be supplied. There are numerous holes from screw etc to be filled/prepared and same for several 20cm rectangular cut outs in the ceilings gyprock. Holes, cracks etc in shelves will also need filling and preparation. This task is dependent on my other task to have the floor painted completed. Feel free to bid for both tasks if yiu wish

Decobweb/burn off if necessary (only if experienced) completely 6 horse stables. Inside roof walls and outside. Probably approx 2 hours max work if working efficiently also would be great if could be sprayed as well (can probably obtain spray ourself but if you have it that’s bonus)
