Prepare (sand and clean) ceiling and cornice surfaces ready to paint, and patch where necessary. Apply undercoat/primer over patched surfaces and 2 coats of high quality, eg Taubmans, ceiling paint. Provide all tools of trade, eg brushes, rollers, clean drop sheets, painters tape, etc. Must do clean, quality work, no runs/drips. Clean brushes and rollers regularly and ensure quality finish. - Due date: Flexible

Prep paint ceiling/walls and window frame. In very small bathroom. Some sanding and sugar soap prep needed. $150 all done.
