Patch up and paint two small holes in the wall as per photos

We would like someone to come in and do some wall cleaning before we paint. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 veranda (there is some mold on veranda walls - we have some cleaner for it), 1 living room, 1 dining room and a kitchen.
