Need a tidy up of walls, including stairwell, media room and hallway. Paint supplied, need own rollers, brushes and drop sheets. Stairwell wall high so need extension roller.

Feature on house facade has decayed a bit. Not sure if it's made from timber or polyurethane mould.

Moving house so need to fix all picture hook holes and wall mate holes in the dry wall. Sample photo attached, there are around 30 holes similar to this. Will provide paint.

Paint interior - walls and ceiling - it will be newly plastered by the 25th April (it's currently brick so I haven't added photos as they will be changed to plasterboard). Flooring is going in on the 3rd so between the 25th April and 3rd May would be amazing. The hallway and toilet won't be plastered (they will still be brick) so a sprayer will be needed. I have a costco marble top dining table in dark stain which I would like to change to a light stain. The timber underneath is alder/rubber wood.

We've started tearing out old shelving from our walk-in robe and found some boards are nailed and caulked to the wall securely enough that we're worried about damaging the plasterboard. We need someone to tear out the final three boards and do a patch-and-paint (or just the patch-up if you don't want to wait for it to dry!). Putty and paint supplied.
