Our upstairs needs painting it is 2 rooms of about 3 by 3, a hallway of about 7 by 1.5 and bedroom of about 5 by 4. We are looking for an all up price including patching of holes, although many have been completed. The larger room I think would benefit from a ceiling paint as well. Photos are of the main bedroom all other rooms are similar.

2009 Hyundai Tucson charcoal(F2 paint) has severely damaged clear coat on bonnet and base coat has faded . I need it to be sanded/surface evened , touch up base coat and clear coat respray. If job is done well I will request in the near distant future for other damaged panels to be respected as well.

The base wood has worn out due to constant sun exposure. Needs a good sand back, sealer and paint and whatever necessary to restore it. Will also need to paint the other strips as shown on the pic to match. Also need to paint the soffit as had a light removed. Will involve climbing the roof for the gable to be painted.
