I have prepped edges but probably not to pro quality. I attempted a DIY job on my rental unit but got overwhelmed, leaving one bedroom unfinished. Supplies left include; a ton of paint clean up liquid, enamel, roller, scraper tool, paint brush, and lots of masking tape. Good AC so you don’t have to overheat too! Very happy to pay generously extra if you want to do minor touch-ups around the rest of the little unit too.

A few cracks need filling, one in the ceiling that will need to be opened up and repaired (i believe this one is a 2 visit job), and a few on the walls and around cornices.
Craig was an absolute superstar who went above and beyond! Did an amazing job in repairing the cracks in my ceiling and even made sure the paint was matched when he finished repairing it. Would rebook for other jobs in a heartbeat. Thank you Craig, I really appreciate your help (and DIY advice).
