Hi there. Need a 40cm diameter hole in my kitchen ceiling to be patched and plastered up. No need to paint. Ground floor and easy access through manhole in the kitchen ceiling. Will supply ladder and floor and surface coverings.

The room is approx. 5m X 6 m. The ceiling is made from long wooden slats with about 1 cm gaps between the slats. Small bits of insulation above the ceiling occasionally fall through the gaps into the room. I'm hoping that one coat of clear polyurethane sealer sprayed on the ceiling, especially in the gaps, will seal the insulation and stop it falling into the room. - Due date: Flexible

The ceiling above our outdoor deck is growing mould so needs a good clean and repaint. After cleaning, it will need 3 coats of paint:- 1 coat of anti-mould paint, then 2 coats of exterior paint. 1. Fill, and join plastered fireplace. Requires 1 face joint, 2 external joint (beading provided, not installed) and 2 inside joints. 2.7m ceiling height. Skim coat and blend. Sand back for painting. 2. Fill and join plastered architectural wall opening. 1 face join, 3 inside joints. (2.7m) 6 Smaller flat joins (30cm) visible in photo. Skim and blend.
