Using existing left over paint to “freshen up” the garage area

I’m looking for my old deck, which was stained 5 years ago to be restored. What I mean by restored is: 1. Cleaned or pressure washed, 2. Fix any timbers that need repairing, 3. Paint/ stein the wood with 2 coats. We haven’t decided on the colour yet, but we will in due course. We would like the supplier to provide all materials including paint & stein, so make sure to include in quote. The picture attached is the current condition and colour of the deck. It is a Timber deck that was stood up many years ago, at-least 10-12 years ago. The stein used is quite a dark stein. We may choose to go with a lighter colour/stein this time. Total area is approximately 80 sq m and there are 3 sets of stairs - 3 stairs, 5 stairs and 5 stairs. The stairs will also need to be painted. I have also attached a second photo which shows a lighter stein. This may be the colour we choose.
