Require cornice to be painted and gaps underneath cornice to be filled. Also a touch up on the bathroom door frame

I need the last portion of my house painted. I will supply paint, I have brushes/rollers. The issue is access on a slanted block. House is only single level but still out of reach. I have been quoted for scaffolding which was expensive, testing the waters to see what having the job finished would cost. As pictured, only the final portion of two sides of the house.
