Hi how are you I wanted to see if someone could paint my rims gloss black

An apartment in a retirement village needs a full paint. All ceilings, walls, doors and skirting to be painted. Doors will need primer coat before final coat. At least 2 coats required. Unit has one bedroom, one living area, one kitchen, one laundry and bathroom plus hallway.

Ceiling and molding has some discoloration. Needs to be painted white with water based paint. One wall (masonry/plaster?) needs to have holes patched and painted.

Hi I need mould professionals to come and assess our house for mould & how to treat it, large 2x story house with mould everywhere from ceilings to floor including laundry , all furnishings mattresses, wardrobes, suitcases full of all clothing, all bedding , couches , art work, mirrors, stairs/ stairs railing, floors, Recent roof repairs had been flooding inside when raining, very ill from mould exposure, Urgent including furniture all items, I am very sick from living in such toxic environment, 2x bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs both with large wardrobes all severe mould, Downstairs is large living room, dining room, kitchen with very high ceilings, A lot of art work also all severe mould, I can post pictures of it today,

Will supply paint, tools and materials including ladder to work with. I have painted already but needs further coats and to fill in areas that have been missed. I require someone good at patching up holes in walls and doing touch up painting around a house. We have to leave our rental home and it needs to have clear walls before we exit. It's about an hour's job. Not much really. We have the paint that is the correct colour.
