I’m looking for someone that can do some labour work to help me prep some walls in my basement, ready for waterproofing. The job consists of stripping paint off concrete and brick walls in the basement with either a paint stripper or grinder, and grinding off bitumen paint from a section of wall. That needs a special grinding stone which I would pay for. Is this of interest at all? It’s likely a couple of days work

I was doing some electrical work for a customer and drilled a 25mm hole through the door frame. So I need a patch and paint done. Not sure how much this will cost so don't worry about the budget I'm not sure if the exact paint colour so a sample might need be taken to a patch not shop

The timber floorboards in the 3-bedroom house I’m renovating have been sanded back in preparation for sealing with estapol. Unfortunately, the painter has left minor paint spots in the raw timber floors, as shown in the example photos. The task is to spot-sand these small paint marks so that the paint is removed. I’ll provide the belt sander and you’ll provide the labour to remove the paint spots from the timber floors. The house is empty so this task can be conducted at any time day or night.

Pressure wash to remove scale from driveway, plus find a way to remove an old mark from spilled paint as per photos.

A high set home needs the eaves painting. I have cleaned at least 50% of them. It just needs someone to paint them as I have developed back problems. Gloss white acrylic. I have all the paint here and a small amount of Green Highlights over tops of dorma windows. The meterage is about 50 to 60 m of white and roughly 15m in Green. Professional scaffolding is already in place to facilitate an easy and safe access. New gutters will be going on the home on. 12 September so the job can be started pretty much any time if you want to prep. Licensed and insured a must. Neat n clean work required.
