Remove mould off an ensuite bathroom roof 3m x 3m approx - light mould only as seen in photos

We need someone to re paint our bathroom walls ( tiled area only) about half way up the wall approx 12 m sq. We tried to use paint stripper to remove the black and didn't work, we are looking to do it black again if easy.

Looking for an experienced professional who can remove the mould from our bathroom ceiling. We had a builder inspect it and let us know that it will also need to be repainted. The builder disappeared so the job never got done. We welcome any reasonable offers and are happy to negotiate the price for the job. Cleaning a Queenslander - soft wash and high pressure wash. 2 stories. There are soffits, eaves, windows etc on the 1st floor. 1/2 of the front wall (in 1st photo) and 1/2 of the back wall (where the French doors are (8th photo) need to be washed.
