Various small wall sections need minor repairs (gyprock water damage) priming and 2 coats paint. caused by burst water pipe. Bathroom floor needs thorough cleaning of water staining WR Cedar timber ceiling sections to be refitted Total are (exact wall section dimensions are available) Ceiling timber refitting 1.5 sq m Tile cleaning 3.5 sq m Wall cleaning 25 sq m Prep / Priming 21 sq m Painting 50 sq m I will supply zinser sealer primer and wall paints.

Looking for someone to paint my bathroom ceiling which is 3100 x 2500. The ceiling had a leak which was patched. You will need to do a light sanding of the affected area and paint entire ceiling. I also have 2 beams that are boxed in and the paint/gybrock is flaking in certain areas. Not sure what is required to fix this. The cracked sections may need to be removed/patched and just the affected areas repainted I also have 1 window frame (920 wide) where the paint is flaking just on the bottom. Would like this to be sanded back and re-painted also. No need to paint entire frame. Only the bottom needs painting I also have an outside wall (3800 x 1100). One side is lower as per the pics. Would also like this painted I will supply the paint but you will need to bring drop sheets, paint brushes and any other equipment you require. I have 2 dark wooden ceilings (see the first picture), looking to lighten it up. Thinking of using Liming white stain to make it a lighter colour (like second picture). The ceiling size is approx. 26sqm and 29sqm. Happy to listen to professional for any other alternative way.

Have a 2100 x 1650 hole in ceiling. I need 10mm plasterboard to be installed to patch hole. Manhole needs to be removed. Also require ceiling to be sanded in preparation for painting (if possible). I have insulation that was removed when ceiling was cut open. We need to put insulation back in. I will organise my own painter. Job can only be completed during daylight hours (no evening work please). Expectation is for you to provide all materials needed for the job including drop sheets. - Due date: Flexible

Two previously painted walls need to be repainted,one coat only, and a small area of paint refinishing. Paint is provided.

Replace the missing and warped timber wall cladding (shingles )and paint the replaced timber wall cladding (shingles) Repair the timber window frames and repaint timber window frames The wall and window frames are on the first floor level Timber wall cladding (shingles ) and paint are provided You will need timber for the window trim for repairing the windows ,paint brushes and nails . - Due date: Flexible
