Painting second bedroom and tiny laundry

I have a large 8 seater table and 8 chairs which have been pressure washed for oiling. Also one down pipe to paint. All materials and equipment provided

I have prepped edges but probably not to pro quality. I attempted a DIY job on my rental unit but got overwhelmed, leaving one bedroom unfinished. Supplies left include; a ton of paint clean up liquid, enamel, roller, scraper tool, paint brush, and lots of masking tape. Good AC so you don’t have to overheat too! Very happy to pay generously extra if you want to do minor touch-ups around the rest of the little unit too.

Need a quote for paint stripping for metal door frames (8 in total) removal of two doors (just take off hinges) and small balustrade on stairs. Need to remove with natural paint stripper(I have already) and not a heat gun as I have a latex allergy however painting has only been done recently so paint comes off very easily. Also need skirting boards removed in three rooms ideally asap but reasonably flexible

Old 1930s dressing table requires old paint stripped off and restored (repainted).

Paint cubby house. 4 coats are required.

Clean walls with Sugar soap prep the walls for painting. 4 rooms living room. Professional cleaner online. 350 for the day. I will provide equipment

Apply final top coat compound layer smooth and flush

Cubby house and monkey bars need two coats of paint.

Damage to door frames and walls to be repaired and painted in 2 bedrooms. Not sure if they can just be patched or full walls will need to be painted. There are about 10 patches in each bedroom. Plus the 2 door frames. Photos are examples. Paint etc will need to be purchased.

Recently had our front fence redone. Looking for someone to finish off by shaping tops of pickets into pointed ends and painting the fence white. - Due date: Flexible

I need the roof eaves to be sanded back and painted. I will supply all materials except ladder. Only 2 sides of the house need doing. Also some chicken wite to pull down whilst up there. - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday, 21 July 2023

Hello :) We are looking to get our concrete polished at our house in White Gum Valley. We have approximately 23 sqm (two rooms + a landing) and 12 steps that we’d like to have polished. The rooms and landing are upstairs. We will be ripping up and disposing of the carpet ourselves. Ideally the work will be able to start on Friday 3rd February but please just let me know your availability. We require a registered and insured business to undertake the work.
