I have done some ceiling painting work in my living room and kitchen area. Need help finishing up with a second and final finish coat of paint.

Got wrong advice and applied a stain To my deck. Only applied one coat and would like it sanded back to its original raw form. It's merbau. I have attached photo of the whole deck uncoated. The other pic is with the stain
