High ceiling in bathroom, with area of approx 7m2. Will need to work around and protect current fixtures. Paints provided.

Sand and Stain Merbau Decking Approx 8 meters square. Ground level. LED lights pop out to protect them. Last done 24 months ago. Photos attached. Task to sand, apply deck clean and apply 2 coats of Merbau Decking Stain. I can purchase/will supply the deck cleaner and stain so please quote without that cost. Be great if you can supply any other tools / brushes etc. Happy to be flexible on time for multiple visits if easier while drying over a few days etc

Handrail and balustrade painting. Please see the pictures for a detailed look at the job. I have circled the areas to paint in blue and have put a red cross through those that don’t need to be quoted on. The following areas need to be painted: • Handrail and bottom rail x 6 (9L/m) • Balustrades x 75 • Posts x 6 (12.6L/m) • 2 lengths of fascia (3.9l/m) • 2 doors All areas are to be painted white except the handrail which is black. All timber has an undercoat on it and requires a minimum of 2 top coats. The stair treads have been oiled so it is really important to avoid dropping paint on them. The holes for the nails and screws will need to be filled prior to painting. Check the pictures for details. What I will provide: • Paint • Gap filler What you will need: • Paint brushes etc • Drop sheets • Putty knife • Sanding materials I am looking for a really neat job. Please allow for an extra hour of labour to cover any extra prep work not listed here. I would love to have this task completed by the end of Friday this week if possible. I have just moved house and the real estate has asked that I repair some minor scratches on the staircase wall and four other areas where there’s been minor scuffing / marks on walls. Very minor work. I don’t have the paint colour and would need to be able to provide a quote w ABN for real estate.

Entrance hallway - walls Painting still required: 1. Living area and kitchen - ceilings 2. Entrance hallway - ceilings 3. Bathrooms x 2 - walls and ceilings 4. Bedrooms x 2 - walls (ceiling not required). Please provide two quotes: 1. Surface Preparation needed for uneven surfaces in the bathrooms in images attached. I can provide more images of this to assist quoting. 2. Wall and Ceiling painting - as described above and shown in images attached. Paint is provided (already purchased): - Dulux Lexicon for the Walls (matte). - White Ceiling paint for ceilings.
