Small chipped skirting board and wall paint peeled off - very small should be a quick job. Need done asap

2 garden walls each about 12m wide require repainting. Care required around other surfaces, so masking tape provided, and clean up of over paint/drops expected. Approx 8sqm but not one continuous surface - there are steps, corners etc.

Patch and plaster holes in roof (5 holes in total) from recent electrical work. Plaster two areas on walls (one is about the size of a doorway, the other is slightly smaller). I had made a starts on the walls but haven’t had time to finish. I have plaster and gyprock as well.

Need small area of skirting board replaced that has moisture damage and has warped. 108cm x 11cm. I do not have wood or paint and will need to match paint to existing colour

Vacating tenancy, adhesive mounts have left some small paint chips on the wall. Probably doesn’t need to be perfectly colour matched but if anyone has anything on hand that’s close would be ideal. Price negotiable.
