We need a 2 bedroom apartment in Wolli Creek to be painted. Apartment is in a fair condition although there are dirt and small number of dents evident which shall be prepped / filled, sanded and cleaned accordingly. Only internal walls are required to be painted and ceiling is to be excluded. Doors, door frames and skirting shall also be repainted. Some door frames have peeled coating which shall be filled/leveled. See pictures. Fill holes and make good for bedroom window sill (see attached pictures). Bathrooms, laundry and kitchen cabinet walls to be excluded as they are tiled - Please see the floorplan for detail. We will provide the paint (15L Dulux Vivid White paint).
