Small bathroom roof has some mould marks and needs a refresh (mold has been cleaned, small angled section of wall (1m wide) to the roof needs painting after patching.

Sanding and varnishing timber floorboards for 3 bedrooms, 2 living spaces and 1 kitchen floor and 1 kitchen bench-top with waterproof varnish. All rooms are included in the images. The house is 60-70 years old and there are some undulations in the timbers. If this jobs goes ahead it will be most likely in September/October.
