Find an experienced local painter in Woolloongabba

I have done a small renovation on my house and would like some help painting the walls early this week. I will supply all the paint and equipment. The walls are VJ panels, with some walls are up to 3.2m tall I expect a whole day is needed at least.

I need the front stairs & ballistrades given 1 coat of paint, it already has been painted last year, and cleaned and prepped for painting now. I have the paint & brushes already. Looking for someone experienced at an hourly rate.

Ceiling | Woolloongabba Construct and build 6m x 3.7m (approx) garage ceiling with marine grade hardwood plywood (or similar for outdoor) with insulation. Ceiling must seal off the underside or borer damaged floorboards where flying ants have taken up residence (they will not die with professional spray). There are two steel beams, a light fitting and a collection of electrical conduit piping to contend with/work around. Finished off with black sika-flex where there are any gaps and painted black (I am happy to paint). Last photo is for reference for the desired look/outcome
