Clean walls and high ceiling (approx 5.5m height) in room 45m2. Including wiping down light fittings and window

4 m x 4 m deck balustrade needs a refresh. I recently replaced the post (merlau) they need to be painted too. Outdoor painting (Dulux white) is furnished, I also have some (cheap) paint brushes if needed.

Ceiling | Woolloongabba Construct and build 6m x 3.7m (approx) garage ceiling with marine grade hardwood plywood (or similar for outdoor) with insulation. Ceiling must seal off the underside or borer damaged floorboards where flying ants have taken up residence (they will not die with professional spray). There are two steel beams, a light fitting and a collection of electrical conduit piping to contend with/work around. Finished off with black sika-flex where there are any gaps and painted black (I am happy to paint). Last photo is for reference for the desired look/outcome

Patch and Paint 2 skirting boards and a small hole in a wall. Skirting board damage is chewing damage from a dog. Please note that one of the corners has been patched previously.

ceiling panels need nail gunning with battens. Will happily buy all materials and pay for labour. Need help plastering walls too. Will help where I can.
