I have a small laundry and a small wall to be painted. The laundry is one wall and two small sidewalls, total 4m. The wall is 2.6 m. Total 6.6 m. I need undercoat and two coats top coats. If I was doing this myself, I would estimate 5 hours work. All equipment and paint provided. I cant provide photos, would just be a photo of a wall. This afternoon would be great, otherwise tomorrow.

Patching to existing render and make ready for painting. Clean up joint between James Hardie fine texture sheets and existing rendered brick wall below. Patch old bracket holes, etc.

I’m need my garage and concrete areas pressure washed and also my outdoor table and chairs also another bit of concrete about 4 metres long not in this photo.

We've got some structural beams in our home that we just purchased that are basically disintegrating from the salt air. It doesn't look like these beams were galvanized for some reason. I need someone to help me sand and prep the beams so we can spray some cold gal on them. Looking for someone who has experience doing this kind of work. I can supply the cold gal but hoping someone has the required tools and experience to help me figure out the best way to tackle this job. The are two beams outside under our front deck that are the worst as you can see in the upclose photos. But then we have two 3 other long beams in our garage which I'd like to do as well because they will slowly start to erode.

We have just had some walls put in and need a coat of sealer/ undercoat. It has been cut in already. The undercoat will be provided.
