Repaint a 2 bedroom unit (walls in bedrooms and kitchen)

Whole internal house paint (white) - 4 bed, plus small study, living, dining, kitchen, bathroom, hallways etc… please provide your own paint brushes, tarps / drapes / protection materials etc we can have a discussion about paint used

Ceiling is 4m high, requires ladder. 1 sq meter patch - repaired leak, needs to be striped, prepped and painted. Also about ~10 meters of linear cracks between cornice and ceiling needs to be cleaned and filled. Will buy/provide materials (paint, filler).

Large deck and 30 stairs need to be sanded and stained.

Square dining table and 8 chairs

Backyard fence. Have paint, need someone to prep and paint it. Spay system preferred h by it open to suggestion.

Spray paint an existing colourbond fence to woodland grey. Approx 75metres in total - Due date: Flexible

Sand and paint 2 large wooden wardrobes, white with gloss or satin finish. 1075 x 610 depth x 1920 height. - Due date: Flexible

1 Bedroom, 3.7 x 3.7m - Filling nails holes where needed. Carpet has been removed and is ready for sanding and varnishing. - Sanding and buffing. - Stain to match hallway, high gloss. - 3 coats of lacquer, traditional oil-based varnishes. - Preferably work on weekdays. - Due date: Before Saturday, 7 May 2022

Looking for a painter to paint 2 rooms as follows: 1. Walk-in wardrobe (2.6x2.6m). Photos included. Patch and sand walls for some surface damage from prior glued built-in, as needed. 2 coats paint on all walls, ceiling, cornices, skirting, and door frame. Note cornices are a different colour to walls/roof (I have included a photo of adjacent room with the relevant colour scheme). 2. Bedroom (3.0x2.8m). Photos included. Patch and sand walls (only small nail holes and holes where old telephone outlet was removed), as needed. 2 coats paint on all walls and skirting, back of door and door frame. Painting of ceiling, cornices and window frame in this room are NOT needed. I will supply Dulux paint. No furniture in either room; but new carpet to be well protected.
