Hi, Looking to hire a mixologist for a few hours to cater for only 4 girls for a hens dinner in Stafford. I will buy the ingredients but was hoping to have the equipment provided.

Looking for a bartender to serve the adults at a kids party and pour a few soft drinks or juices for the little people. Pretty laid back vibe, we are easy-going people. Around 20 adults attending. Just needing someone to open beers, pour wine, keep things tidy and POSSIBLY make one style of bulk cocktail like a margarita etc. Obviously bar experience is necessary, but a willingness to get the job done and also have some interest in drinks and an awareness of basic drink principles would go a long way. I’m heavily pregnant with twins so I can’t stand for any longer than 5 minutes at a time, so I’m willing to throw money at the problem to get some help around the party. If you have someone who can help clear glasses or wander around and take drink orders or do some basic cleaning, refer them to me and I can also hire the referred person as well. Presentable attire is required: - black dress pants - black shoes (clean and presentable but comfortable) - black belt - A white, collared dress shirt; short or long sleeved is fine - black tie if you so wish to wear one. I require 3 hours service time between 7 - 10pm on Saturday 12 March 2022, plus set up and cocktail station clean up. Hello I’m looking for someone to help out in the kitchen at a Birthday party of 30 or less guests in Bracken Ridge on Saturday 23rd Oct from about 5pm - 11pm. A set of pretty canapés and drinks are being served to the guests. I already have 2 waitresses assigned to serve them to the guests. Your role would be to be in the kitchen and oversee the run sheet which lists the different canapés and what times they are to go out to the guests so you can guide the waitresses in what goes out next etc so we can keep to the schedule. Also need some help with making up some of the pretty canapés onto trays and presenting food nicely before it goes out, cutting up the cake and putting onto plates, stuff like that and just generally making sure the kitchen is flowing smoothly and tidy. I would like 2 x wait staff for 5 hours to heat and serve finger food, serve drinks as well as make various cocktails for guests. This is for my wife’s 34th birthday with around 20 people at our family home. This is within COVID protocols. Guests will be arriving at 6:30 with my wife arriving at 7. I’d like welcome drinks (beer, wine, champagne) to be served as guests arrive. In addition finger food served on arrival and throughout the next few hours. So 5 hours all up (6pm to 11pm) serving food and drinks (including select cocktails) as required. Tasks include the above plus general cleaning throughout the night and when finishing. Likely food will finish early so one staff will move to help the other who is serving drinks. Prefer to wear semi-formal wait clothes (ie black pants / skirt with white top).
