I am after a cocktail mixologist/bar tender for my 40th birthday which will be held at my home. There will be around 50 people, and the event will go from 630-1030pm. It would be ideal to have two people come so one can do the drinks and the other can get the glasses, keep them washed and ready to use, pour wines etc etc

I need someone that is confident to manage my kitchen on Wednesday night to heat and present finger food on platters for 60 people. I will have the finger food here incl mini quiches, gyozas, duck pancakes, rice paper rolls, beetroot and feta blinis and butter chicken bowls.
