I need a bartender to serve cocktails for 3 hours for a 40th birthday party. We have a mobile bar that you would serve out of, just need someone to staff it from 2pm to 5pm. The party will be for approx 40 adults. We are thinking 2 cocktails and then just beer/wine.

Looking for two enthusiastic and reliable individuals to help serve cocktails (these will already be made up, so we don't need a professional mixologist or anything), top up champagne, and maybe throw a load of glasses in the dishwasher as needed for a private 50th birthday celebration with approximately 50 people attending. Experience in hospitality preferred but not necessary. Be there by 3:30 for a run through, the party starts at 4pm. We estimate for approximately 5-6 hours.
