I am looking for a licensed builder to install two adjacent patios that I am proposing to purchase from Stratco. One is an insulated patio of 3m X 3m and the other a Louver pergola of 5.5m X 2.7m approx. One side is wall and existing alfresco, although these put together at 8.5m will exceed the length of the house slightly. There are approximate drawings and council approval is in process. Someone else is doing the floor decking. Need someone to first install the posts so that the decking can continue and then once the decking is done by that time 4-5 weeks the Stratco delivery time the rest of it can be installed. I am not attaching any images, but I will need the selected bidder to come to site and do the actual measurements , based on which Stratco order will be paced. Outdoor patio roof has metal panels as well as two polycarbonate panels. The two polycarbonate panels are approx 15 years old and need replacing (one is badly cracked). Description as per my building inspector's report: The upper end of the patio roof has not been fitted with a weather flashing and moisture has been leaking through the open ends of the roof sheeting. Wood decay has damaged sections of the framing and the timber battens to the patio ceiling lining. A metal weather flashing needs to be installed. Sections of the patio ceiling lining and timber battens need repairing and re-securing. A licensed carpentry contractor should be consulted for rectification options and costs.
