Need Pavers to be re done as overtime some of the area has sunk

75m2 of pavers to lift. They appear to be adhered to concrete slab by mortar, which is 40years old. I have lifted a few and they were easy enough to take up. I'll require disposal also I require the concrete underneath to be kept in good condition.
