I’m just a 45-hour full-time worker in film & TV that is transitioning out of freelance and has ALOT of life admin that needs a major refresh/cleanse button. That’s where you can come in! What you’ll be doing: 1. Managing my personal and business emails - No I am not a big deal nor an influencer that gets a lot of fan mail. My inboxes just need a good clean as well as the occasional managing of random correspondence. 2. Helping to organise my weekly schedule via Todoist and Notion plus syncing my calendars. 3. Helping categorise business/home expenses. 4. Personal stuff - amazon deliveries, selling secondhand gear, researching a place to learn dancing etc. 5. Someone that is not afraid to keep me accountable and voice any concerns or feasibility in me going too crazy with my commitments and ideas. 6. Being a compassionate, organised and fun problem solver that has an interest in my career in film and TV. 7. Anything life organising/admin related that I can’t think of at this moment. Nice to haves: - You don’t mind helping out on evenings and occasional weekends if the event arises! - Be based in Sydney for the occasional in-person meetup or errand! - Comfortable figuring out software like Notion as I do have that as my online workspace. - Keen to work together for at least a couple years! I’m looking for someone who can play the long game and help each other grow. I’m thinking at the beginning this can be a casual basis at $200 per week amounting to around 4-5 hours of work per week.
