Someone who has admin experience or PA trained would be ideal. Looking for someone who can multitask and picks up something quickly. Paralegal ideal but not necessary, reliable, organised, completing task & reporting, detailed oriented & focused. Good with MS office word, excel & organising things around. Basically I need an assistant who can help with my admin work and keeping it on track. I am looking for someone who enjoys admin work, have self integrity, honest and have good working ethics. My working days & hours can be flexible for the right person but we need to plan ahead. I am ok to plan around my appointments & your commitments but we need to plan ahead of time. This person needs to have ABN to invoice me for this service and we can agreed on a fair hourly rate. Trial basis for 2weeks after which I will give this part time position to the suitable candidate.
