Hi, I am looking for a personal trainer to help me at home. I am 67, I was fit about 100 years ago. But now I am in terrible shape after running my own business for the last decade sitting at a desk. I would like someone to help me design a fittness plan that I can do on a daily basis. I have had a rotator cuff injury about a year ago and still causes pain. I am thinking that if it works out we could do the next 4 or 5 weeks. 4 days a week including Saturday mornings, 2 hours a day. Of course this is all negotiable if you have a better idea. The budget I have put is per week. - Due date: Flexible
