Hi, I am looking for a certified female Personal Trainer for weight loss and fitness. I am at my worst state. Due to my previous activities, I have worn out some catillage, ligaments and tendons on my knees and angkles. I had a minor keyhole op on my right knee to remove a broken patella in 2023. I have been quite active in the past with various sports and activities. I took the doctor's advise to 'rest' a bit too seriously and have been 'resting' since. I need to start being active as I have outgrew my fat girl's clothes and feeling very lethargic very quickly. I could also feel like my health is going downwards. I have a budget of $20 (ono) per session. I am willing to work, 2 times a week. I need HELP!

Hi. I'm looking for a female personal trainer to come to my home 1-2 times per week for 30 or 45 minutes. Ideally Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays or Wednesdays. Can't do Fridays or Saturdays. Preferably between 11 and 1pm, if works out. If can't find a mobile trainer I will consider online personal training. Would like help to lose 10 kg in next 4-5 weeks. I have done it before 2 years ago. I know what foods to eat to lose weight. Just need some motivation to get back into exercising, as feeling lethargic, and have put on some weight. I have had bad bursitis, but it's much better, so feel up to exercising again. I want to do gentle exercise.. no running or jumping, or it flares up plantar fistular. I have a cross trainer at home, and am ok on that. Have a 4 kg medicine ball which am ok with most movements with. Would like to start this week if possible. Someone who is great at helping lose weight. I don't want to build a lot of muscle. If possible would like to text my weight daily just to help keep myself accountable inbetween sessions. Looking to pay approx $30 for 30-45 minutes sessions.
