Find an experienced personal trainer in Wolli Creek

I would like to find a long term PT for my personal training, mainly purpose is to gain muscles and weight, also increase the body core strength for the coming season of snowboarding. I would like to keep a minimum level of cardio due to my thyroid issue (can't go high heart rate), so most of the exercises will be weight lifting and resistance training. I live in the apartment near Wolli Creek station, so we will use the public Gym in the building but you are welcome to bring your own equipment if needed. 2-3 times each week x 1 hr session each time including 10mins warm ups. Some basic diet suggestions or diet planning will be helpful and considered as well. Quote is for 3 sessions, please provide your quote if you like.

Hello looking for someone to help me train my puppy

Due to lockdown I haven’t been exercises. I would like a few PT sessions until gyms open again. I need to do circuit training with some resistance involved whether you bring your own gym equipment.
