Looking for a reliable cleaner for an end of lease clean and flea treatment at our 3-bedroom, single-level free standing rental in Bardon. The property has no carpets, an outdoor deck at the rear of the house, and includes 2 bathrooms, one with a separate shower/tub that is rarely used. Due to having a dog, standard flea treatment is also required as per our lease agreement. I’ll also need an invoice of the cleaning and flea treatment service to provide to my agent after satisfactory completion of the task. Availability from Monday, 12th August is preferred but can be flexible that week. Thanks!

We just need flea fumigation for the end of our lease. We have two cats, indoor only, only flea treatment. There are no existing fleas in the house but as part of our lease agreement, we need to get fumigation done. A bond clean is booked for the morning on the same day, therefore afternoon is better. - Due date: Needs to be done on Monday, 22 May 2023
