I need an experienced pest control technician to spray the inside and outside of the house for cockroaches (mostly have American roaches outside and Germans inside). I will need you to pick up the keys from McGrath Strathfield (before 5pm) for the property access due to me not being in Sydney anymore. I have already left for Victoria. The real estate is only 9 minutes away from the house. The keys will also need to be returned after the job. The house is a small 3 bedroom house with a tiny bathroom and toilet. The kitchen is also pretty small too (like only one person can be in there at a time). Unfortunately I don’t have photos of the property empty.
I’ve moved away to Victoria and was able to get Chris to grab the keys from my rental and return them to the agent after doing the pest control spray. Chris also gave me a detailed report on the infestation of the house. He also communicated with me the entire time, thanks so much!
