As our lease is going to end by July 1st week, we have to do bond cleaning which alsoincludes professional carpet cleaning and pest control. Its almost new 2 bedroom 1 bathroom unit. The rental agency advised us to provide the invoice from a registered cleaning and pest control business. So Im only looking for those who have a registered professional business with reasonable price.
