Hi there 🙂 I live in Seacombe Gardens and I have had a cockroach infestation for a while now 😕 a ex introduced these hellish, disgusting, horrid creatures to my place when storing belongings in a spare storage cupboard I had. I found out later he had a severe infestation in his own unit resulting in his eviction (I noticed within I reckon maybe a couple of weeks) that I had an issue and not long after... a massive problem... I never did expect how hard these things were to eradicate!! I've tried myself now with steam cleaning with a high pressure hose, bombs, baits, a homemade mixture of bicarbonate soda, raw sugar and honey and Peppermint spray. I thought id won the war last week and sadly it appears tonight I actually havnt 😔 it might even be worse ☹️ I'm a single parent who has had to move into government housing and there have been a few small water leaks since I've lived here, I've had them all fixed very quickly, so there was no excess water anywhere, so I'm not sure if this has helped them thrive behind walls (if possible) . I've heard they carry loads of diseases and I am very concerned for the safety of our health now. We all have weak immune systems and I can't help but freak. They are upstairs and down and naturally I'm a very clean person. I can't take it anymore 😭 I want them gone MORE THAN ANYTHING!! But am worried about the cost of the whole treatment etc. I've never had to use a pest control service before. So I am wondering on average what a job like this might cost me and are there any pay later options at all if it is needed needed? Thanks
