I need a pest, flea and termite treatment service for a 4 bedroom stand alone house. The house is currently empty, no pests or termites are there, however I want to do a preventive treatment as previous owner had a pet. I need a pest and termite service. I’m currently having fresh grass laid in my backyard. I would like to know whether I need to wait a couple of weeks to have the pest and termite service after laying the grass or can it be done immediately after laying? I don’t know how much the services cost, but I would just start at 200 but I’m open to offers. Also, do the inside of the kitchen cupboards and bedroom cupboards need to be sprayed or can that be left out of the service? How long do I have to wait once the service is completed before I can clean the house.? Will the chemicals kill the fresh grass just recently laid if the service is completed immediately after it’s laid ? Finally, what cost am I looking at for a four bedroom house two bathrooms and double story?

I need a pest and termite professional. I am in the process of laying down grass in the backyard. Can the pest and termite service be completed as soon as the grass is laid or will it kill the grass? If so, how long do I need to wait after the grass is laid? Further, are the interior kitchen and bedroom cupboards sprayed or is this unnecessary? Finally, it is a four bedroom two bathroom double storey home. What will be the cost? Also, as far as my budget is concerned I have no idea of the costs associated with this service.
