I bought a townhouse and the previous owner didn’t bother to clean the carpets or spray for pests. Michael came to my rescue and I cannot tell you how amazing he was. I was at work and he kept me informed of his progress through the messages and picked up on a bunch of things around the house that the building and pest didn’t even find.
