This is a result of an inspection last month: Evidence of termite damage was found in the subfloor area, and conditions conducive to termite activity were noted. Termite inspection and treatment by suitably qualified, experienced and licenced tradesperson. We have a four bedroom house and have discovered termites in two deck posts (since replaced). We would like a full termite inspection and treatment (including underneath the house). House has some timber framing and there is access underneath deck and via shed to underside of house (see plan). This has to be done the week of 26th February before tenants move in on 2nd March. - Due date: Needs to be done on Monday, 26 February 2024

I found about three dead cockroaches on my balcony, and I have a really bad phobia on cockroaches.. I think they came up from the garbage bins nearby the balcony - found them after the apartment's bins were out.. Most people I know aren't around at the moment or also scared of roaches.
