A pest to see flies, cockroaches and very tiny ants/spiders here and there every now and then when the whole house is shielded but somehow they are able to make it into the house! Flies appear mainly from spring to summer times. Cockroaches every now and then maybe once a month average per year. Ants come throughout the year but very few in kitchen only. Single storey house with double bricked wall. Preferably weekends. Task budget negotiable of course.
